Shipping Methods
We offer real‑time shipping rates at checkout through FedEx, USPS, and UPS. All rates are automatically calculated based on your order weight, package size, and delivery address. These rates come directly from our carriers via Shippo to ensure accurate, up‑to‑date pricing.
 

Processing Time
Orders are processed within 1–2 business days. Processing time is separate from carrier transit time. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will begin processing the next business day.
 

Free Local Drop‑Off (Des Moines Area)
We offer free local drop‑off within 20 miles of the Des Moines, IA area. Local drop‑offs are typically completed within 3–4 days after your order has been processed. You will be contacted prior to delivery to confirm the drop‑off time and location.
 

Free Shipping Threshold
Orders totaling $45 or more qualify for free standard shipping within the United States.
 

Shipping Rates
Shipping costs for orders under $45 are displayed at checkout and are calculated in real time. Rates may vary depending on:

• Package weight and dimensions

• Selected carrier and service level

Delivery Estimates
Estimated delivery windows are provided by the carrier and begin once the package has been shipped. Please note that carrier delays (weather, volume, etc.) are outside our control.

Tracking updates may take up to 24 hours to appear.
 

Incorrect Addresses
Please double‑check your shipping address at checkout. We are not responsible for delays or lost packages due to incorrect or incomplete addresses.
 

Lost or Damaged Packages
Insurance is automatically added to all shipped packages. If your package is lost or arrives damaged, contact us and we will assist you in filing a claim with the carrier.
